Who is Stephen?
Stephen L. Foster Jr. is a multi-faceted artist, rapper, writer, and podcaster, committed to inspiring and elevating minds. Having written three books, Stephen shares wisdom, personal stories, and tools for self-reflection. Through his podcast, listeners dive into thought-provoking conversations on art, life, and well-being.


Mr. Foster found a passion working in the Mental Health field over the past decade and has provided consultation, counselling, coaching and empowerment to several individuals young and old of all walks of life. He continues to do so as the Executive Director and owner of his business Foundations to Success, LLC in Newport News which has several programs that range from crisis intervention-acute to therapeutic mentoring. His non-profit Reach One Teach One (ROTO) provides advocacy for grade-aged students with 504s/IEPs (Special Education).
